The Ornate Mirror is an extremely rare high-level charm that grants a 30% chance to reflect projectiles from scrolls of burning ember and wands after wearing it for 15 minutes (real time). It is extremely useful in PvP to reduce damage from the rapid use of evocation scrolls ("evobombing"), and in PvE against the Grand Shaman and Lich. It can be held in small, large, and spacious pouches.

Trivia

• The Ornate Mirror was released as an individual item like the casting hat and silver dagger.
• The Ornate Mirror is one of few items to have received several nerfs soon after its discovery due to being considered too powerful. It originally had a 100% projectile deflection chance, but would shatter after deflecting too many shots. It was then changed to have a 50% deflection chance and no longer shatter, but it was still considered too powerful, and so was lowered to a 40% deflection chance, and eventually a 30% where it has remained to this day.
