The ring of attack is a finger slot item that rarely drops from the Minotaur. There are two different versions of the ring, with the better version being exceptionally rare. It gives 1 or 2 extra attack on the hand that it is worn on, similar to the spiked glove. It can be useful in a 'glass cannon' build for maximizing damage in place of a +7 ring of defense or forest ring. Lysis buys rings of attack for 279 and 467 gold and sells them for 2000 and 4000 but some players may be willing to pay for more for them.
