The Scroll of Burning Ember ("ember" or "single" for short) is a tier 1 evocation scroll that fires a small orange-red projectile dealing anywhere from 10 to 30 damage; it has a magic skill requirement of level 2. It reads "Carbonis incendium", or 'Carbon burning' in Latin. It is the weakest of the three scrolls that fire embers, behind the Scroll of Burning Embers and the Scroll of Fireblast.

Details

• Damage from embers is not affected by the target's defense.
• The ember does not fire in a straight line; it homes in on targets near its initial direction of fire.
• Players with Ornate Mirrors have a 33% chance to deflect embers.
• Like all scrolls, they can be held in thin spellbooks, thick spellbooks, ancient spellbooks (for players focused in evocation), casting sashes, and Sashes of Divination.
