Process of drowning (Click to view gif)
When a player is drowning, the health bar turns blue and steadily decreases. You will start to drown after being completely underwater for about one minute, and will stop as soon as you are above water, or upon death.
Currently the only place you can drown is in the oasis within the Desert.
