The bone shield is a high-level shield with 15 defense, 5 attack, 2 range, a shield skill requirement of level 10, and a special 2% resistance to sharp weapons. While it is superior in almost all ways to the Spiked Shield, it is almost never used as a shield; most players opt to wait until they've obtained the gems required to craft one of its upgrades, earning it the nickname "blank". It has the largest crafting recipe of any item in Aberoth.

Uses

• If Darklow has a bone shield and two emeralds in stock, he will craft a Shield of Purification.
• If Darklow has a bone shield and two pearls in stock, he will craft a Shield of the Oasis .
• If Darklow has a bone shield and two sapphires in stock, he will craft a Shield of the Mind.
• If Darklow has a bone shield and two rubies in stock, he will craft a Shield of Terror.
