The Blunt Skill is a skill acquired after finishing Gurun's quests. Training the skill increases the accuracy rating and therefore damage of all blunt weapons. Each level also provides a 1 percent increase in damage against undead NPCs such as Skeletons.

Skill Requirements
Note: It is possible to use blunt weapons before reaching the skill requirement, but there is a chance of dealing no damage on attack. (A “-” will appear instead of a number.) When the required skill level is reached for a weapon or a shield, the "!" next to it in the inventory will disappear, and when it is equipped, the message "This (weaponname) feels [very] uncomfortable in your hand.
